We are now offering the
Economy option on the processing of beef the Economy Cut the differance is
the Econo Cut will be a standard cut with chuck roasts and round steak (no
boning of these sections) it will have full cut bone in round steaks, bone in
sirloin steaks, 2 pound ground beef packages, and the steaks will be wraped 4
to a package we offer this option at .45 per pound

The Premium Beef Cut will give
you the option of having boneless round steak, cube steaks, boneless sirloin
steaks, 1 pound ground beef packages, and 2 to whatever you want a package on
the steaks we offer this option at .50 per pound
